Attorneys in Hopkins & Carley's manufactured housing group represent park management companies, including recreational vehicle parks, and owners. The group advises clients on all legal issues that arise in the industry, including advice on day-to-day operations, evictions, closures, and conversions, and drafting rental agreements and Park rules.
