Escape to the mountains at Wishon Village, a family owned and operated campground and RV park near Shaver Lake, California, located at 6,700 feet in the beautiful Sierra National Forest. Open May through October, our mountain retreat is the perfect gateway to High Sierra adventures.

Wishon Village offers a variety of accommodations, including 96 spacious full hook-up RV sites, tent camping, a cozy cabin rental and two nicely appointed RV rental units making it easy for every type of camper to enjoy the outdoors. For anglers, nearby Wishon and Courtright Reservoirs are stocked with brown and rainbow trout, providing excellent fishing just minutes from camp.

The marina offers rentals of pontoon boats as well as dock space with daily, weekly and monthly rates.  Interested in camping on the backside of the lake? Shuttle service available Sunday through Friday. 

Our well-stocked old-fashioned Wishon Village Store carries fishing tackle, camping supplies, propane, groceries, unique gifts and apparel — everything you’ll need or want for a comfortable mountain getaway. Families love our summer activities, while pet owners appreciate our two dedicated dog runs, making us one of the most pet-friendly campgrounds in the Sierra Nevada.
